WAIORA LAKESIDE SPA RESORT

The restaurant resort were part of our $6.5m project for the upgrading, remodelling and extending of a former run down motel to create a new five star resort and spa. Services included architectural and interior design, the preparation of construction documentation, obtaining of consents and construction administration.
